Lemon marmalade

Made from fresh lemon pieces and zest. Characterized by an overlasting tangy aftertaste. Ideal glazy light- yellow color spread for toast and crackers. Widely used for confections, creams and sauces.

Sugar contents: 65-Brix Minimum.

Lemon marmalade elaboration is from April to November, when the fruit is in full harvest season. We will appreciate placing your orders no longer than August, that is, three months before harvest season is over.
